Khaberni - The US Embassy in Amman announced on Monday the resumption of some of its consular services for Americans.
The embassy stated through the platform "X" that it will provide limited in-person consular services for American citizens, through prior appointments.
It added that American citizens who wish to use the service should contact via email: [email protected].
The embassy urged all Americans to exercise caution, follow the instructions of local authorities, and review the latest guidelines issued by the embassy.
The embassy had previously announced the cancellation of all immigration and non-immigration visa appointments until further notice, due to conditions in the region.
At the time, the embassy confirmed that the safety of the visa applicants remains a top priority, urging individuals who have scheduled appointments not to come to the embassy building.
