Khaberni - Moscow announced on Monday that it has evacuated the majority of the Russian team at the Iranian Bushehr nuclear plant, which it helped to build and operate.
Aleksey Likhachev, head of the Russian state atomic energy corporation (Rosatom), said that “180 people are currently on their way to Isfahan” in central Iran, from the plant located in the south of the country.
While emphasizing that “everything is proceeding as planned,” he noted that “20 people (from the Russian team) are still at the plant,” including managers and equipment officers.
