Khaberni - Bezalel Smotrich said that what is required at the current stage is a definitive commitment from US President Donald Trump to prevent Iran from possessing any nuclear capability, emphasizing the necessity of reaching "zero enrichment" and removing all enriched materials from its territory.
He added, in a statement to "94fm" radio, that among the primary goals is also keeping the straits open to prevent Iran from affecting the global economy by controlling energy prices.
In response to a question about the potential Iranian reaction to the closure of its straits, Smotrich said: "We are prepared for all possibilities, whether in defense or attack, in full coordination with the Americans."
He asserted that this war must end in a way that ensures Iran does not possess any nuclear capabilities for many years to come.
