Khaberni - The Saudi Ministry of Interior announced today, Monday, a number of measures in preparation for this year's Hajj season, aimed at maintaining the safety of the pilgrims, and performing the Hajj ritual.
Starting from tomorrow, Tuesday, the Saudi Ministry of Interior required in its statement that residents wishing to enter the holy capital must obtain official permits from the relevant authorities.
It prohibited the entry of those who do not hold such permits, except for those carrying a resident identity issued from Mecca, or those who have a Hajj permit, or a work permit in the holy sites.
In a related context, it indicated that the last date for the departure of those arriving with an Umrah visa from the kingdom is Saturday, April 18, and has also stopped issuing Umrah permits through the "Nusk" platform for citizens of the Kingdom, Gulf Cooperation Council countries, residents inside the Kingdom, and holders of other visas from the same date until Sunday, May 31.
