Qalibaf Our relationship with the Americans now is war for war and dialogue for dialogue and we will not submit to any threat

Khaberni - The head of the Iranian negotiating delegation in Islamabad, Qalibaf, upon returning from a visit to Pakistan, said at a press conference: "First and foremost, I would like to thank the noble Iranian people for their assistance in these negotiations, with the prayers of the benefactors and the support of the leadership's message, and their active public presence in the streets."

He added, "As the leader of the revolution mentioned in his message, this presence greatly contributed to defending the rights of the Iranian people, and more than that, it was an effective support that helped in enhancing the understanding and awareness of the revolution on the other side, which I personally experienced."

He continued, "We held intensive, serious, and challenging discussions. With the expertise of competent experts present, through a comprehensive and diverse vision, and with collective cooperation, our delegation designed excellent initiatives to demonstrate Iran's goodwill, which led to progress in the negotiations."

He said, "From the beginning, we declared our distrust of the Americans, as the wall of distrust has been standing for 77 years, and they attacked us twice during negotiations less than a year ago, so they are the ones who need to earn our trust."

He continued, "Obviously, earning trust is difficult due to their malicious intent, but it is up to them to decide whether they are ready to earn our trust or not, a rare occurrence in this era."

He said, "In any case, the Iranian people continue their journey towards success, relying on God Almighty and his power."

He continued, "The Iranian delegation defended the rights of the Iranian people and conducted negotiations around the clock."

He added, "We held very intensive and serious discussions filled with challenges in Pakistan, and our delegation presented good initiatives to demonstrate Iran's goodwill which led to progress in the negotiations."

He said, "American threats do not affect our people and we have proven that this is not just a slogan but a reality, and if America wants to find a way out, they must earn the trust of the Iranian people."

He said, "We will not submit to any threat and let them test our will again to teach them a bigger lesson."

He confirmed, "If the Americans want war, we will fight, and if they deal with reason and dialogue, we will do the same."
