Khaberni - Lawyer Khaled Al-Rashed, President of the Kuwaiti Union of Artistic and Theatrical Production and Entertainment Makers, denied the rumors circulating today regarding the death of Kuwaiti actress Hayat Al-Fahad, threatening legal action against those spreading these rumors.
He confirmed that the information being circulated on some social media platforms is untrue and completely detached from reality, emphasizing that the rumor that began circulating in the early morning hours today is entirely baseless, according to Al Arabiya.
He added: "The repeated rumors about the death of actress Hayat Al-Fahad cause distress and pain to her children and fans. This isn’t the first time, as similar news has been reported several times since she suffered a stroke more than eight months ago."
Al-Rashed pointed out that "the authorized persons to speak about the health status of actress Hayat Al-Fahad are: her daughter Suzanne, the Kuwaiti Union of Artistic and Theatrical Production, her business manager Yousef Al-Ghaith, and any publications on the Instagram account of Al-Fahad Artistic Production, or my statements as her legal representative. These are the only recognized sources, and no other sources should be considered," noting in his remarks that he might be forced to take necessary legal actions against anyone who spreads the death rumor of Hayat Al-Fahad, whether through news channels or via WhatsApp.
