Khaberni - The upcoming app for "XChat", a standalone messaging service for Elon Musk's X platform, is coming very soon.
The standalone "XChat" app will be available for iPhone and iPad devices within a week.
Apple's "App Store" displays an app preview, including a detailed app icon and a release date of April 17, according to a report by "9to5Mac", a technology news website.
"XChat" allows users "to chat with anyone on X in a private and focused space designed specifically for conversations", according to the app description.
The "XChat" app will not include ads or tracking, and messages will be fully encrypted end-to-end.
The app preview shows features such as the ability to block screenshots, send messages that disappear automatically, conduct group conversations, and make video calls.
The app has been under testing since last year. "XChat" can be pre-ordered from the "App Store" before its launch next Friday.
Before launching the app, Elon Musk recommended using "XChat" as a service that provides "real privacy", after questioning the reliability of end-to-end encryption with WhatsApp.
