It confirmed that the path of diplomacy has not been closed, and that it remains a permanent means of preserving national interests, noting that it did not expect to reach an agreement in just one round of negotiations.
It pointed out that the negotiations discussed complex issues in complex circumstances, alongside new files, including the Strait of Hormuz and regional issues.
