Khaberni - Iranian television announced that the talks will continue between Iran and the United States on Sunday, at a time when a new round ended on Saturday witnessing some severe disagreements.
The Iranian Tasnim Agency, quoting its correspondent, clarified that there are still some severe disagreements between the American and Iranian delegations.
The agency attributed to an informed source that the negotiations did not witness any significant change, despite the initial progress in the technical discussions.
The source added that the talks experienced hours of stalemate due to excessive American demands.
The source also pointed out that Western media exaggerates portraying the positive atmosphere in order to influence energy prices.
The Iranian Fars Agency reported that the United States and Iran have not reached an understanding on their disagreements in the latest round of talks.
A new round of tripartite negotiations between Iran, the United States, and Pakistan commenced on Saturday evening, within the framework of efforts to end the war that lasted six weeks before a two-week ceasefire was announced last Tuesday.
