Khaberni - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Saturday that the Iranian regime is no longer as it was, and is now fighting for its survival, at a time when Lebanon has turned to start peace talks with Tel Aviv.
Netanyahu added, in a televised speech: "The battle with Iran is not yet over, and we have more to do. We have reached a situation where Iran no longer possesses any uranium enrichment facility," he expressed.
He said that Israel "has achieved great accomplishments," which is evident in the weakening of the Iranian regime, which is now begging for a ceasefire, and in the internal conflicts that are ravaging it at the highest levels, pointing to concrete information about this.
He added that the Iranian regime is facing increasing difficulties in meeting the needs of its citizens, and is now fighting for its survival.
Netanyahu confirmed that Lebanon has sought several times over the past month to start direct peace talks, following the weakening of the Iranian regime, noting Tel Aviv's agreement to begin the talks in exchange for two things: the disarmament of Hezbollah, and the desire to achieve "real peace" that lasts for generations, according to his expression.
