Khaberni - According to The Wall Street Journal citing three American officials, two American guided missile destroyers crossed the Strait of Hormuz today.
The officials stated that the destroyers, which crossed the Strait of Hormuz, were not escorting any commercial ships.

Iran: We monitored the American destroyer and informed the Americans through Pakistan
Tasnim Agency reported from sources in the Iranian Foreign Ministry that the Iranian forces monitored the destroyer and informed our delegation, which conveyed the message through Pakistan to the Americans.
It added: We warned that the approach of the destroyer near Hormuz would expose it to a strike within 30 minutes and would damage negotiations.
