Khaberni - Israel, according to security and military assessments relayed by the "Israeli Broadcasting Corporation", recognizes that any existing agreements or understandings with Iran are still fragile and likely to collapse at any time.
The Broadcasting Corporation confirms, citing sources, that this has prompted the military establishment to increase its readiness in anticipation of a possible resumption of direct confrontation between the two sides.
In this context, the Chief of the Israeli General Staff, Eyal Zamir, has issued orders to reassess and update combat procedures in the Israeli military, including all fronts and potential scenarios.
According to the data, the Israeli move includes redirecting intelligence efforts towards updating the target bank and acquiring new information about the Iranian military infrastructure, in preparation for any sudden escalation.
The Israeli military is also working to enhance its capabilities in the fields of air defense and missiles, alongside developing additional combat tools aimed at increasing readiness for any potential escalatory scenario.
Simultaneously, the Air Forces are preparing updated operational plans, indicating that the military establishment does not dismiss the possibility of returning to direct confrontation with Iran even in the near future.
Military estimates see the current challenge as more complicated than in previous stages, due to fears of losing the element of surprise that characterized previous operations, especially after the blow Israel received in previous rounds of escalation.
This factor indicates that any upcoming confrontation will not be easy to plan or execute, given mutual preparedness and elevated readiness levels on both sides, which narrows the military's maneuvering margin.
Despite these challenges, the Israeli military establishment assures that it is in a high state of readiness, and it continues to prepare for all possible scenarios, including the possibility of returning to combat with Iran in the foreseeable future should the existing understandings collapse or tensions escalate again.
