Middle East embraces events of sessions simulating the United Nations model with the participation of several schools student

Khaberni - The Middle East University launched the United Nations Model (MUN) event for students from several schools: New English,  Modern American, Independent School,  Mashrek, and Montessori.

The event aims to enhance political and diplomatic awareness among students, and to develop skills in dialogue and critical thinking in an interactive negotiating environment.

The event represents an advanced simulation of the United Nations' mechanisms, where students play the roles of diplomats representing different countries in various international committees, to discuss real-world global issues and to draft solutions based on negotiation and international cooperation.

Students participate in discussion sessions that simulate international meetings, involving the preparation of position papers, delivering speeches, and negotiating on draft resolutions that reflect the positions of the countries they represent, thereby enhancing their understanding of contemporary world issues.

The Middle East University confirms through hosting this event its commitment to supporting quality educational initiatives, which contribute to preparing a conscious generation capable of engaging in international work, and keeping up with political and economic challenges on both regional and global levels
