Khaberni - His Majesty King Abdullah II confirmed during a phone call with the Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun, today Thursday, the necessity to cease the Israeli aggression on Lebanon and the targeting of its civilians.
His Majesty also stressed, during the call, Jordan’s stance beside the Lebanese brethren, pointing to the Kingdom’s keenness on providing support that would bolster their efforts in maintaining the security and stability of their country.
Moreover, His Majesty King Abdullah highlighted the importance of intensifying international efforts to halt the aggression on Lebanon and sustain peace efforts after reaching a ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran.
In turn, the Lebanese President expressed his gratitude and appreciation for His Majesty the King's supportive stance towards Lebanon and its people.
