Khaberni - The organizing company for the concert of the famous Colombian/Lebanese artist Shakira has announced the opening of refunds for the amounts paid to attend the concert, after the event was made impossible due to regional conditions in the area.
The company stated that all amounts will be refunded using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
The company indicated that all amounts for electronic payments and "Visa" cards will be automatically refunded within 21 business days, while cash refunds will begin from Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
It had been previously announced that a concert for Shakira would be held in Aqaba, which would be her first in Jordan, originally scheduled for March 28 of the previous year.
The concert was postponed indefinitely due to the current regional circumstances, before the company later announced its cancellation and the refund of the money to the ticket purchasers.
