Workshop at AlAhliyya Amman University on Artificial Intelligence Usage Guidelines in Scientific Research and Academic Theses

Khaberni - In the context of Al-Ahliyya Amman University's dedication to keeping up with technical updates and ensuring the quality of educational outputs of theses and research amid the proliferation of artificial intelligence tools, the Graduate Studies College and the Dean of Scientific Research at the university held a specialized workshop titled "Artificial Intelligence Usage Guidelines in Scientific Research and Academic Theses" presented by Professor Dr. Ahmad Abu Arabi, the Dean of Scientific Research, with the attendance of the Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Sayeda Al-Sayed, several faculty members, and master's students from various advanced specializations discussing how to use artificial intelligence tools as supportive tools in preparing academic theses and derived research.
The workshop also covered several topics including academic integrity, ethical risks, data privacy in the use of artificial intelligence, and mechanisms for disclosure and transparency when using various artificial intelligence tools.
 The workshop concluded with notable interaction from the attending students through a series of questions focused on safe and responsible usage mechanisms of artificial intelligence tools.
