Khaberni - Egyptian star Mohamed Ramadan has resolved the controversy surrounding his return to television, announcing his apology for leading a new drama despite receiving a "historic" financial offer.
Ramadan revealed in a video posted on his official accounts that he received an offer about a week ago to participate in a television series for a huge amount of money, amounting to 4 million US dollars, the highest figure currently offered to an artist in the Arab drama market.
Despite this financial temptation, Ramadan emphatically refused the offer, explaining that his priorities at the current stage go beyond financial considerations.
Ramadan attributed his refusal to his desire to fully dedicate himself to his ambitious cinematic projects, noting that he is currently preparing for a new film which he considers the "toughest challenge" in his career, to be the next gamble for his audience in cinemas only, thus postponing his television return until further notice.
