Khaberni - Arsenal returned with an exciting win from the pitch of their host, Sporting Lisbon of Portugal, by a score of 1-0, on Tuesday evening, in the match held at the José Alvalade Stadium, in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.
Kai Havertz scored the only goal for Arsenal in the 90th minute, after Martinelli delivered a magical pass inside the penalty area to Havertz, who was one-on-one with the Sporting goalkeeper and shot the ball into the net.
The second leg will be held at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, April 15, to decide the semifinalist, who will face the winner of the purely Spanish clash between Barcelona and Atlético Madrid.
