Khaberni - The Jordanian Armed Forces- the Arab Army announced on Tuesday that they have not dealt with any missiles or drones targeting Jordanian territories in the past 24 hours.
The Military Media Directorate stated in a joint statement with the Public Security Directorate that the kingdom's lands and skies have not witnessed any targeting attempts since yesterday.
It was clarified that the sounds of explosions heard in the sky and the falling of some debris or projectiles in border areas within the kingdom were due to interceptions originating from the western borders of the kingdom.
On his part, the media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate confirmed that specialized personnel and concerned teams in the Armed Forces and the Public Security have dealt with fallout over the past 24 hours.
He noted that the Public Security Directorate dealt with 8 reports of incidents involving falling debris or projectiles, resulting in one injury in the Aqaba governorate, where the injured received necessary treatment on site and his general condition is good.
Some limited material damages also occurred in the Aqaba governorate and the Karak governorate, according to the media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate.
