Iran responds to US proposal to end the war know Tehrans demands

Khaberni - The Iranian news agency IRNA reported that Tehran has presented its response to Pakistan on the American proposal to end the war, confirming that the response includes demands involving the ending of disputes in the region and a protocol for safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz.

According to the Iranian agency, Iranian demands for a ceasefire also include reconstruction and lifting of sanctions, noting that Iran rejected a ceasefire and emphasized the necessity of ending the war permanently while respecting its demands.

On the other hand, a White House official told CNN that President Donald Trump has not yet approved the ceasefire proposal with Iran, which was received by Washington and Tehran from Pakistan.

The official added that the American military operation in Iran is "continuing at an accelerated pace." It is expected that Trump will give a speech about the war on Monday, at a press conference at 1 PM Eastern Time.

The joint American-Israeli war against Iran enters its 38th consecutive day, as the mutual bombing continues between the conflicting parties, at a time when there are vigorous efforts for a temporary ceasefire that may lead to ending the war; a source informed Reuters; that Iran and the United States have received a plan to end the hostilities that may come into effect within hours and lead to the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
