Khaberni - The government has reduced the validity period of the unified ticket to 3 months instead of 12 months, starting from the date of entry of the visitor to Jordan, according to what the official newspaper published.
The unified ticket (Jordan Pass) is a ticket that allows entry to more than 40 tourist sites in Jordan, and must be purchased before arrival to Jordan.
The modified instructions for the 2026 unified ticket regulations state that the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities may extend this period "in special and justified cases".
These instructions, which are read alongside the 2015 unified ticket regulations, have come into effect, starting from their publication date in the newspaper on April 2nd of this year.
Article 13 of the original instructions stated that the validity period of the ticket is (a calendar year from the date of issue), while the instructions mentioned that (it is not permissible to transfer the unified ticket from one person to another).
