Khaberni - The Abu Dhabi Media Office reported that the relevant authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi are dealing with several fires that ignited at the Borouge Petrochemicals factory, following the falling of debris after a successful interception by air defense systems.
It added that operations at the factory were immediately suspended pending an assessment of the damage, with no injuries recorded so far, and assured that updates will be provided to the public as they become available.
The relevant authorities have urged the public to obtain information from official sources, and avoid spreading rumors or unreliable information.
