Khaberni - The Houthis in Yemen announced in a statement on Saturday evening that their armed forces targeted Israel's Lod Airport and vital and military targets with a ballistic missile and a number of drones.
Armed forces spokesman Yahya Saree said in the statement: "In support and reinforcement of the axis of jihad and resistance in Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, and Palestine, and in confronting the Zionist plan aiming to establish Greater Israel under the label of the New Middle East, our armed forces carried out the fifth military operation with a ballistic missile and several drones."
The spokesman added that "the operation targeted Lod Airport in the Yafa area and vital and military targets of the Israeli enemy in Southern occupied Palestine."
He reported that this operation was coordinated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and the Lebanese Hezbollah, and it successfully achieved its objectives.
Yahya Saree emphasized that they are continuing their military operations within the axis of jihad and resistance until victory is achieved.
