Khaberni - The artist Abdelrahman Abou Zahra was transferred to intensive care at one of the hospitals in Cairo after his health deteriorated in recent days.
His son disclosed details of the health crisis through his Facebook account, confirming that his father has been in the intensive care unit since the second day of Eid al-Fitr, urging the public to pray for his swift recovery, saying: “Oh Lord, heal him and grant him well-being.. Please let's all pray for his recovery and well-being, and for him to return and light up his home and family”.
The condition of the great artist is under precise medical observation in the hospital, amid a state of anxiety among his fans and colleagues in the entertainment industry.
Rumors had circulated in recent months about him suffering from Alzheimer's disease, but his family emphatically denied this, confirming that his health was previously affected by complications from Covid-19.
Abdelrahman Abou Zahra is considered one of the most prominent stars of art in Egypt and the Arab world, having had a long career of dramatic and cinematic works that have left a significant mark on the audience.
