Khaberni - Data from FlightRadar24 indicates that the American Boeing KC-135R refueling aircraft, which sent out a distress signal over the Mediterranean, landed at Tel Aviv Airport.
The website mentioned that the aircraft flew over the sea for about an hour before landing. The signal vanished in the area immediately adjacent to the airport from which it had taken off.
The United States has deployed a large number of these aircraft in the Middle East, where they are involved in operations against Iran.
One of the refueling aircraft was lost after colliding with another in March, resulting in the death of all its crew members. The second aircraft was damaged but landed safely.
