Khaberni - The town of Kafr Ruhata in West Irbid witnessed this Friday evening a widespread brawl using firearms, resulting in a state of panic among the citizens in the area.
According to local sources, the brawl broke out among several individuals following previous disputes, quickly escalating to heavy gunfire. Immediately, security forces moved to the scene to contain the situation and break up the fight.
During the intervention of the security forces, one of the Public Security officers and a citizen were injured. Both were rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment, and their condition was described as moderate.
The authorities confirmed that they have initiated an investigation to uncover the details of the incident. Several participants were arrested, and others involved in the brawl are being pursued.
The security agencies urged citizens to adhere to the law and avoid being drawn into such actions that endanger others' lives and disrupt public security and order.
