Khaberni - Data from the FlightRadar24 portal showed that the American refueling aircraft, a Boeing KC-135R, which sent a distress signal over the Mediterranean, landed at Tel Aviv airport.
The site mentioned that the aircraft flew over the sea for about an hour, then landed. The signal disappeared in the area directly adjacent to the airport from which it took off.
The United States has deployed a large number of these aircraft in the Middle East, where they are involved in operations against Iran.
One of the refueling aircraft was lost after colliding with another in March, resulting in the death of all its crew members. The second aircraft was damaged but landed safely.
