Khaberni - The Kuwaiti National Guard interacted with news circulating on social media about a radiation leak amid American-Israeli strikes in Iran.
The Kuwaiti National Guard on Friday denied the accuracy of the circulating reports, confirming that readings in the atmosphere and territorial waters of the State of Kuwait are within normal ranges.
The Kuwait News Agency quoted the official spokesperson for the National Guard, Brigadier Dr. Jad'an Fadel, saying that the specialized teams at the Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Center for Chemical Defense and Radiation Monitoring continuously monitor the situation in coordination and cooperation with relevant state entities to ensure everyone's safety, confirming that the radiation monitoring system operates around the clock with full efficiency and capability.
He called on everyone to rely on official sources and not to follow rumors or unconfirmed information.
