Khaberni - A state of anxiety and controversy has recently dominated artistic circles and social media, following the circulation of "disturbing" news alleging the deterioration of the health of artist Hani Shaker, who has been placed on artificial respirators in one of the hospitals in the French capital, Paris.
Media figure Souhir Gouda dispelled doubts with certainty, as she posted a reassuring message to the public on her official Facebook page, confirming that artist Hani Shaker is fine and there is no truth to the rumors of his health deterioration.
Gouda wrote: "The Prince of Arabic singing is fine.. Do not believe the rumors. May God protect him and grant him health and well-being, and may He not show us in him anything but what pleases our hearts."
Family Secrecy
On her part, artist Nadia Mustafa, a member of the board of directors of the Musicians Syndicate, referred to a state of secrecy imposed by the artist's family to preserve his privacy.
In press statements, she explained that Nahla, the wife of artist Hani Shaker, has recently preferred not to make media statements due to her annoyance with the numerous circulated rumors, reaffirming that this is an inherent right of the family in light of his current treatment journey.
Artist Hani Shaker is currently in France to continue his treatment, after suffering a severe health setback in recent months, following which he underwent a surgical operation to remove part of the colon.
Despite reports about a "respiratory crisis", indicators from those close to the artist confirm that his condition is stable and he is under the usual medical follow-up after the surgery.
