On March 30, 2026, the Knesset did not vote on a law… but on a definition!
With sixty-two votes, it was decided that the Palestinian is sentenced to death by default from his birth… before he knows his right to innocence!
The military judge does not prove that you deserve death… you prove it because you are Palestinian!
Where the legal rule says: the accused is innocent until proven guilty…
This law states: the Palestinian born as a resistor is presumed sentenced to death until his death is proven!
And this, in any system that respects its name, has one name: apartheid written in legal ink!
The law does not differentiate between two crimes… but between two identities!
A settler faces a full civil court, and a Palestinian faces a military court, and the action is the same… but the judgment is different!
Because the standard is no longer what you did… but who you are!
And here is exposed the contradiction that no one answers:
The West Bank is occupied territory, and the occupation — by its legal definition — is a temporary administration, not a permanent sovereignty!
How can a parliament legislate for a land it does not own? And how does it sentence to death those who do not hold its nationality, do not elect its judges, and do not recognize it in a sovereign register?
The entity wants the authority of sovereignty… without its consequences! It wants the Palestinian executed… without acknowledgment!
This is not law… this is occupation and ethnic cleansing disguised as statehood!
And the unbearable irony:
The entity that executed Adolf Eichmann because he embodied the principle that identity determines fate, is today reproducing the same principle… but this time as a legal text!
History does not repeat itself… it exposes those who have not left it!
And from within them came the most dangerous voice: Ram Ben Barak said it unequivocally: «We have been defeated… because we lost our values!»
When this recognition comes from within the system, the issue is no longer about the Palestinian… but about the collapse of meaning itself!
Then the question that the world escapes from:
Who is the terrorist?
The one who resists a reality imposed on him… or the one who legitimizes killing based on identity?
History has answered long ago: every power described its opponent as a terrorist… then the description fell… and the truth remained!
And on the same day, Benjamin Netanyahu sought a picture, not a stance!
A picture that says everything is normal!
But the king refused!
He did not lecture… did not explain… did not justify…
Instead, he did what was more profound than all of that: he refused to grant the picture!
Here politics is understood in its simplest form: not all messages are spoken… some are prevented… and they create the most impact!
Europe objected… then proceeded! A statement in public… and silence in action!
As for international law, it remains where we are used to seeing it: it is summoned against the weak… and exempted from the powerful!
But what's even more dangerous has not yet begun:
A Palestinian child will be born tomorrow; he will be born with the death sentence already presumed ahead of him…
Before he knows his name, he will have to prove that he still deserves to live despite his Palestinian identity and the resistance in his blood!
Here, the question is no longer political… but becomes stark:
Who owns the right to define a human?!
Ben-Gvir wrote: «We made history!!!»
Yes… you made it!
But history does not keep laws… it keeps their outcomes!
Because blood does not dry by the ink of legislation… and because the law, when it segregates humans… begins to fall the moment it is written!
