Haddad as President of the Jordanian Association for Endocrinologists

Khaberni - The general assembly of the Jordanian Association for Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, and Metabolic Diseases, affiliated with the Jordanian Medical Association, held its second regular meeting this Tuesday evening at the headquarters of the Medical Association, to approve its annual reports and elect a new administrative body for the union term (2026-2029).
The meeting, attended by members of the Medical Association council Dr. Tareq Al-Khatib and Dr. Mazhar Al-Jalamdeh, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Al-Tarawneh, concluded with the announcement of Dr. Fares Halim Haddad winning the position of president of the association, along with the election of a list of the administrative body members.
The former president of the association, Dr. Abdelkarim Al-Khawaldeh, reviewed the most significant works and achievements of the association, both scientific and union-related. The administrative report for the year 2025 was presented and discussed, followed by the presentation of the financial report for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2025, which was unanimously approved by the general assembly.
The new administrative body for the term (2026-2029) included the doctors: Mwaffaq Al-Hayari, Abdallah Aideh, Nihla Al-Khoja, Monther Al-Momani, and Ali Al-Zu'bi
Dr. Inas Younes and Dr. Jihad Haddad were chosen as reserve members for the administrative body.
It is noteworthy that the association was founded in 2002 and has an active scientific and educational activity in the field of endocrine and diabetic diseases.
