Khaberni - Jordan condemned on Monday, in the strongest terms, the Iranian attacks on the brotherly State of Kuwait, which targeted a camp and resulted in the injury of ten members of the Kuwaiti armed forces, as well as targeted an electric power station and a water desalination station, resulting in the death of a civilian of Indian nationality.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs issued a statement expressing Jordan's rejection and condemnation of these brutal attacks, which represent a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the brotherly State of Kuwait, and a serious escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region. The Ministry emphasized Jordan's absolute solidarity with brotherly Kuwait in facing these Iranian attacks, and its full support for it in all measures it takes to protect its sovereignty, security, and the safety of its citizens.
The Ministry expressed its sincerest condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased, and its wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
