Khaberni - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan issued a notice providing for the suspension of work for Christians in all ministries, official departments, institutions, public bodies, official universities, municipalities, joint service councils, Greater Amman Municipality, and companies wholly owned by the government on the occasion of Palm Sunday and the glorious Easter according to the Eastern calendar.
Pursuant to the notice issued by the Prime Minister, next Sunday will be a holiday for Christians on the occasion of Palm Sunday, while the holidays will be on Sunday and Monday, 12th and 13th of April, on the occasion of the glorious Easter.
