Climate expert warns Weather conditions could hinder operations in the Iran war

Khaberni - Climate affairs expert, Itai Gal, in Tel Aviv warns of a difficult week ahead for Israel and other regional countries facing Iranian missile attacks; "due to the expected weather conditions in the coming days."

Gal, in the Israeli newspaper "Maariv," stated that in the coming days, most of Iran's sky would be cloud-covered, according to meteorological center forecasts "which might disrupt the American and Israeli military operations; because the clouds will obscure the vision of specific targets."

On the other hand, "these clouds will facilitate Iranian missile launch operations which will be able to move and emerge from their current hideouts in the mountains without being detected by American and Israeli planes and radars."

Gal confirmed that these clouds would begin on Sunday and last until Monday noon, then return on Tuesday with increased density accompanied by rainfall... "On Wednesday, the clouds will diminish, then intensify significantly to cover the entire sky across Iran and continue until dawn on Friday, followed by a gradual clearing."

Gal added that the Iranians have exploited the weather conditions several times in this war to strike Israel and 12 other countries, "and they have drones capable of operating in cloudy weather conditions." Therefore, he warned of "a particularly hot week in which losses will be higher for Iran's adversaries than the known average up to now."
