Khaberni - The Ministry of Water and Irrigation / Water Authority, through the Internal Monitoring Unit in collaboration with the Jordan Water Company - Miyahuna and the Directorate of Basins and Central Workshops, supported by the Public Security Directorate and the Gendarmerie Forces, carried out a campaign to remove assaults on water lines and networks in the Al-Muwaqqar area.
During the campaign, two assaults on a 12-inch diameter main water line were removed with the participation of the Al-Muwaqqar Desert Security Center, which were being used to supply farms and homes in violation of the law.
The Ministry / Water Authority confirmed that these efforts are part of the ongoing national campaign to remove assaults on water lines and protect their sources, noting that assaulting the networks is a clear violation of the law, and that legal measures will be taken against violators, praising the efforts of the security forces in supporting its staff during the execution of these campaigns.
