Khaberni - The trial sessions of Moroccan artist Saad Lamjarred concerning his blackmailing of a French girl included several surprises.
The French public prosecutor requested on the fourth day of Lamjarred's trial in the blackmail case involving a French girl, a one-year suspended prison sentence for the accused, in addition to a fine of twenty thousand euros, while her mother is facing a sentence of 18 months suspended imprisonment and a monetary fine of ten thousand euros.
The accused's attorney faces severe penalties of up to 3 years imprisonment, including one effective year under electronic surveillance and two years suspended, along with a monetary fine of fifty thousand euros, and a demand for a permanent ban from practicing law or holding any public office.
The rest of the individuals involved in the case face varying sentences, including one year suspended imprisonment, while another defendant faces an effective one-year imprisonment and a fine of up to twenty thousand euros.
