According to the global network "The Athletic", despite enjoying playing in England and his desire to move to another major European club, the available options are limited especially in regards to clubs capable of financing such a deal.
The network clarified that a club like Paris Saint-Germain, which possesses the financial capability, abandoned the model of signing big stars and prioritized young talents and is not in need of Mohamed Salah with their impressive attacking line.
The network reported that Real Madrid and Bayern Munich possess a surplus of attackers and that Barcelona's financial issues prevent any opportunity for Mohamed Salah to move to "Camp Nou".
Mohamed Salah previously played in the Italian league with Fiorentina and Roma but once again financial issues make his return to Serie A unlikely.
The 33-year-old Egyptian star played 435 matches with Liverpool across various competitions, during which he scored 255 goals and made 122 assists and won with them the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, English Premier League, and the English FA Cup.
