Axios Netanyahu Refused Zelenskys Visit to Israel During His Gulf Tour

Khaberni - Journalist Barak Ravid from "Axios" revealed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refused Vladimir Zelensky’s visit to Israel during his last tour in the Arab Gulf states.

Ravid said on the "X" platform: "Kyiv regime leader Vladimir Zelensky visited several countries in the Arab Gulf in the past two days to enhance cooperation in combating Iran. Israel was the only country that did not invite him."

The journalist added that Netanyahu had requested a conversation with Zelensky two weeks ago, then disappeared without making the call.

These developments come as the American-Israeli war on Iran continues for the twenty-ninth consecutive day, with ongoing exchanges of missile strikes and drones.

On Monday, US President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire agreement and ordered a halt to attacks on Iranian energy facilities for five days (which was later extended). However, Tehran denied any negotiations, considering Trump’s statements as "market manipulation."

In a related development, "The New York Times" reported, citing American officials, that Washington submitted a 15-point plan to Tehran to settle the conflict, including Iran abandoning its nuclear program and support for proxies in other countries, opening the Strait of Hormuz, and setting a limit on the number and range of missiles.

In return, the United States offers to lift sanctions and assist in developing peaceful nuclear energy, particularly at the Bushehr nuclear power plant. This comes as diplomatic efforts to end the war continue.
