Khaberni - The Greater Amman Municipality has announced the activation and implementation of the incentive system for drivers on the Greater Amman Municipality website and on the Sanad app following its approval by the Cabinet and its publication in the Official Gazette last Thursday to improve road safety.
Under the system, a driver who goes a full year without committing any violations from the date of their vehicle’s registration will receive a 25% discount on the fees, compensations, and prices associated with the renewal of the vehicle’s license, as stipulated in the system for driving license fees, and vehicle registration and licensing.
Additionally, anyone who commits a traffic violation will receive a 30% discount on the fine if it is paid within 60 days from the date of the violation.
