Khaberni - The Al-Hammad clan from Bani Sakhr announced their complete waiver of all their legal, tribal, and personal rights, following the death of their young son, Suleiman Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Hammad, who passed away to the mercy of God after a tragic car accident.
The clan confirmed that this waiver comes as part of resolving the case and the legal and tribal consequences that ensued.
The clan offered prayers for the deceased, asking God to envelop him in His vast mercy, to dwell him in the vastness of His paradises, and to grant his family and relatives patience and consolation.
