Khaberni - The Turkish national team secured their ticket to the final of the European playoff qualifying for the World Cup 2026, after a 1-0 victory over their Romanian guests on Thursday evening at Toprash Stadium.
The players of both the Turkish and Romanian teams failed to score throughout the first half.
However, in the second half, Turkey managed to score the only goal of the match in the 53rd minute, by Ferdi Kadıoğlu, following a precise cross from Arda Guler, the Real Madrid star.
The Turkish national team awaits the winner of the Kosovo versus Slovakia match in the final of the European playoff qualifying for the World Cup.
