Khaberni - U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff said on Thursday that the United States has presented a list of 15 points to Iran.
He added that the list forms a framework for a peace agreement, noting at the same time that the Iranians are stalling in the talks.
Witkoff pointed out that Iran has repeatedly rejected America's requests in the talks.
He indicated that Iran is looking for a way out.
