Khaberni - In a notable decision, the Directorate of Education for the second Zarqa area announced the suspension of school days today, Thursday, due to prevailing weather conditions, while the first Zarqa Directorate did not issue any similar decision, despite the significant geographical proximity between the two areas.
The Director of Education for the second Zarqa area, Wael Marzouq Abu al-Foul, in coordination with the administrative governors, decided to suspend the directorate's schools, including schools in Syrian refugee camps, to ensure the safety of students, educational, and administrative staff, while keeping the Directorate employees' days as usual.
The difference in decisions between two neighboring directorates raises questions about the criteria for suspending school days, especially as they are almost subject to the same weather conditions, prompting followers to inquire about the reasons for the discrepancy in the measures taken.
