Khaberni - Evacuation operations for citizens were carried out today, Wednesday, away from the shores of Aqaba city. Swimming activities were halted, and all boats were instructed to align at designated places to ensure the safety of the city’s visitors as wave heights begin to rise in the Gulf of Aqaba.
This comes amidst a strong atmospheric depression laden with heavy rainfall affecting Jordan.
