Khaberni - Lawyers Osama Musa Beitari and Ali Awn Al-Khasawneh participated in the meetings of the Arbitration Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) held in Paris, as members of the Jordanian National Committee.
The meetings addressed pivotal files affecting the future of international arbitration, including the anticipated amendments to arbitration rules, issues of corruption in arbitration proceedings, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in evidence analysis and dispute management.
The discussions showed a clear international trend towards integrating artificial intelligence tools into the arbitration process, emphasizing the need to keep the arbitration decision within an independent human framework, preserving the essence of procedural justice.
