Khaberni - The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the launch of the scholarship program for the academic year 2026-2027, offered by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in all academic programs (Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D.) in all fields except for (Human Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy) where the scholarship includes (tuition coverage including the preparatory year fees, accommodation within university facilities, a monthly stipend, medical insurance).
Study language:
Romanian: For Bachelor's and Master's programs, and the student will be required to study the Romanian language during the preparatory year.
Ph.D. program: The student has the option to choose either Romanian or another foreign language determined by the accepting university.

• The deadline for applications ends on 31-3-2026
• The results of the scholarship selection process will be announced on 15-7-2026 via the student's email.
