Khaberni - The Saudi Ministry of Interior has started processing the status of holders of visas (all types of visit, Umrah, transit, and final exit), which have expired starting from the date 8 / 9 / 1447 AH corresponding to 25 / 2 / 2026 AD, for those whose departure was hindered due to the current circumstances in the region, as follows:
Firstly:
Extending expired visas from the date 8 / 9 / 1447 AH corresponding to 25 / 2 / 2026 AD, based on the request of the host for the visitor, until the date 1 / 11 / 1447 AH corresponding to 18 / 4 / 2026 AD, after the payment of the prescribed fees through the Absher platform.
Secondly:
Enabling holders of visas (all types of visit, Umrah, transit, and final exit), which expired from the date 8 / 9 / 1447 AH corresponding to 25 / 2 / 2026 AD, to depart through international exits directly, without extending their visas or paying any fees or penalties.
The ministry urged the beneficiaries of these directives to initiate departure before the date 1 / 11 / 1447 AH corresponding to 18 / 4 / 2026 AD, in order to avoid the application of the prevailing regulations in the Kingdom against violators.
