Jordan The National Center receives 8596 calls during the Eid alFitr holiday

Khaberni -   The National Call Center received 8,596 local and international calls during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, demonstrating a distinguished performance that reflects high efficiency in service delivery, with a customer satisfaction rate of 93.4% and a response rate of 96%.

According to the data from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, this performance is in the context of the center's readiness and its continuous provision of services around the clock, ensuring the handling of citizens' inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively, even during official holidays.

The ministry explained that the National Call Center provides a range of integrated communication channels for serving citizens, including phone calls via the number 065008080, and email at [email protected]

The ministry affirmed that the center operates within an integrated system based on qualified staff and modern technical systems, ensuring high efficiency in dealing with various inquiries and complaints, and their timely referral and follow-up with the relevant authorities.

This level of performance reflects the National Call Center's commitment to providing quality services that meet the aspirations of citizens and enhance the journey of digital transformation and improving the customer experience in the Kingdom.
