Khaberni - The Public Security Directorate warned of the weather conditions expected during the upcoming period, urging citizens to take the utmost caution and to follow safety instructions to preserve their safety.
The Directorate emphasized the need to stay completely away from watercourses, valleys, low-lying areas, and not to risk crossing roads submerged by water, regardless of how low the water level might seem, emphasizing the importance of immediately moving to higher and safer areas when water approaches.
It also called for avoiding proximity to water gatherings or dams during the flow of floods and to exercise caution and care while driving due to reduced visibility caused by fog over mountainous heights and dust in desert areas.
It indicated the necessity to secure objects that could be blown away by the wind and the safe use of various types of heating devices, ensuring continuous proper ventilation inside homes.
The Public Security Directorate confirmed its readiness to deal with various reports, urging citizens to call the emergency number (911) when needed.
