Khaberni - The spokesperson for Iran's Central Khatam Al-Anbiya Headquarters stated that America is negotiating with itself, referring to President Donald Trump's statement that there would be negotiations with Tehran.

The spokesperson described the American power as having "transformed from a strategic force to a strategic failure", emphasizing that the United States, despite claiming to be the world's greatest power, would have escaped its current predicament if it were possible, and would have done so long ago.

In a sharp speech, the spokesperson warned against calling any American failure an "agreement", pointing out that "the era of your promises is over", and that the world today is divided between only two fronts: truth and falsehood, and that any free defender of the truth will not be swayed by the influence of American media.

He added that the level of internal disagreements within the United States has reached a stage of "negotiating with oneself", emphasizing that any American investments in the region or return of energy and oil prices to their previous levels will not happen until Washington realizes that stability in the region is guaranteed by the strength of the Iranian armed forces.

The spokesperson affirmed that Iran's will would not allow any situation to return to its previous state unless the idea of acting against the Iranian people is completely erased from American minds, adding: The first and last word we have had from the first day is, and will always be: No one like us will reconcile with someone like you. Not now, not ever.

In a previous statement, Trump revealed what he described as a "gesture of trust-building" from the Iranian side, saying that Iran had provided a "great gift" related to oil and gas flow in the Strait of Hormuz, considering it an indication that Washington is dealing with "the right parties" in Tehran.
